Comprehensive Psychology & Counselling
At Genesis Health Precinct, our psychologists and counsellors provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to support your wellbeing, resilience, and quality of life. We take a personalised approach to therapy, tailoring support to your experiences, goals, and circumstances to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours.
During your appointment, our clinicians take the time to listen, complete a thoughtful assessment, and work with you to develop a tailored therapy plan. We provide practical strategies, emotional support, and ongoing guidance to promote long-term wellbeing and personal growth. From anxiety, stress, and low mood to trauma, grief, relationships, and life transitions, our team is committed to helping you feel supported, empowered, and more confident in your mental health journey.
ANXIETY & DEPRESSION THERAPY
Our psychologists provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy to support individuals experiencing anxiety, low mood, or emotional overwhelm. Through collaborative assessment and tailored treatment approaches, we help you understand thought patterns, build coping skills, and improve day-to-day functioning. Our goal is to support emotional wellbeing, resilience, and long-term mental health.
EMDR - Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing
Our clinicians offer specialised trauma-informed care, including Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) for individuals affected by past trauma, distressing experiences, or PTSD. EMDR therapy supports safe processing of traumatic memories while reducing emotional distress and triggers. We guide you through therapy at a comfortable pace, helping you regain confidence, safety, and control in your life.
MARRIAGE & RELATIONSHIP COUNSELLING
Our relationship and marriage counselling supports couples experiencing communication difficulties, conflict, life transitions, or emotional disconnection. We provide a respectful, neutral space to strengthen understanding, rebuild trust, and develop healthier relationship patterns. Therapy is tailored to each couple’s goals — supporting stronger connection, shared insight, and long-term relational wellbeing.
STRESS, BURNOUT & WORKPLACE WELLBEING
We support individuals experiencing stress, burnout, or workplace-related emotional strain. Through practical psychological strategies, lifestyle planning, and resilience-building approaches, we help you manage pressure, prevent overwhelm, and restore balance. Our focus is on sustainable wellbeing, performance, and improved quality of life.
GRIEF, LOSS & LIFE TRANSITION SUPPORT
Our psychologists provide sensitive support for individuals navigating grief, bereavement, major life changes, or periods of adjustment. We work alongside you to process emotions, strengthen coping capacity, and re-establish meaning and stability during times of transition, supporting healing at your own pace.
Trauma therapy
Our trauma therapy services provide a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment for individuals who have experienced distressing or overwhelming events. Our psychologists use evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches including EMDR and cognitive-behavioural therapies to help you process difficult memories, reduce emotional triggers, and regain a sense of safety and control. Therapy is tailored to your pace and comfort level, with a focus on strengthening resilience, improving emotional wellbeing, and supporting recovery in a way that feels respectful, empowering, and restorative.
